I do like reading the silly Nigerian scam emails I get. This one today made me lol in real life. It starts in standard fashion, buy just wait for his alternate email address that kinda shafts any vague chance at credibility...

I am a liar apparently
It has been quite funny reading the forums since visiting Mythic last week. Lots of jumped up little pricks who’re desperately slagging the bloggers off and making wild unfounded accusations about our playtimes, game knowledge and personalities. I particularly laughed at being called a liar by Gemmi, as that’s rather amusing all things considered. Yet the problem is these people just don’t know anything about us, certainly they don’t know dick about me. That much is obvious from the bollocks being said. So in turn, as I am under no obligation to say nice things about them, I’ll make an assumption about their motives based upon their posts and consider them a bunch of mindless, bitter retards who can’t cope with the possibility that someone else got priority over them. I mean come on you deserve it don’t you, you are the most important person in the world, your gran always said so. Seriously kids, bitterness and jealousy are terrible traits.
It’s not my fault I got invited by Mythic and you didn’t, I wasn’t expecting it and don’t tell me you would have turned down the chance if you’d been offered. Likewise, being hit by an NDA isn’t my fault, I am as frustrated by it as anyone. Also I have been very clear in saying don’t get hyped up, because whilst I am cautiously optimistic I’m not that excited. If you read that as promises of great wonder, then you fail at reading more than I fail at writing.
I do think that in future it needs to either be open for us to talk about, or have a NDA initiated from the start so nobody else gets told anything is happening at all, but it wasn’t like that, so deal with it, just don’t shoot the messenger. It makes you look a touch mental.
This post is of course both a bit of a troll and troll bait itself, but I’m hoping for some awesome and witty responses. The bile spouted so far has really been quite basic and ill informed; I think you can do better. There’s not really been much decent trolling to read on the official WAR forums or WHA in ages and I know many people are missing the drama.

I went full retard
It had been a really entertaining Inevitable City Siege, competitive and enjoyable, but then it went a bit doh.. We’d been facing an Order premade warband that was only interesting in the old bomb tactics. They moved round in one tight bunch and bombed away, something which unfortunately with the city sieges objectives is hard to win against. We beat them on kills in a big way, but when it comes to winning the actual stages themselves it is tough to stop a siege weapon from blowing up when it has 24 people bombing it to shite. First stage they won with literally 30 seconds to go, 2nd stage was a draw and the third stage they walked around in a giant bombing huddle and we were quickly down to just 1 champion, me…
As instructed I moved swiftly back to the spawn point, ready to turtle up with our healers AOE healing me through the barrier. Maybe, just maybe we could at least deny the enemy their win... Hang on! I’m not getting any heals?? WTF?
/facepalm
Bollocks….
I was standing at the opposite spawn point, right next to the enemy and as far from my healers as physically possible. I didn’t last long. I had officially gone full retard.

Random vid time
OK no time for a proper WAR post, so here's some carefully selected random video strangeness from the interweb.
BEWARE THE MILK
Prince Charles represents
OK and this one... if you're a little kid, overly sensitive or don't like blood, 1) what are you doing here? and 2) don't watch this next vid pls.
Quite probably the GREATEST film ever made.
Fried Shrimp? WTF??

Loads of WAR stuff to write about, but...
Real life has got in the way, so instead of a WAR post I shall provide some random distraction for you people.
I suspect this Robot wasn't quite as good as they made out...
And as for this, well.. I'm straight off to Amazon after posting.

There's still fun to be had in Tier 4
Had a great laugh in tier 4 tonight. It all started with us forming half a warband of Kill Frenzy and then just sort of snowballed. We were hearing that it was zerg central in other zones, so we headed over to Black Crag to try and find some smaller scale fighting. Black Crag was all blue and we figured we'd knock on a keep door and wake up some Order.

A bunch of guys from our alliance (The Evil Leage of Evil) made it over, getting us up to 3 full groups in our warband. Just in bloody time too, cos just then Order woke up. What appeared to be a full warband of Order turned up, all from two decent Order guilds (Ginnuga and Renegade Legion) and launched into an attack. Epic keep defense ensued, with things looking a bit dicey a few times, but thankfully in a close encounter we managed to defeat them after a looooong fight in the Lord room. It was a proper scrap and it was great to win against quality opponents.
Having been defeated at the keep this bunch of Order weren't going to just throw themselves at it again, oh no, too cunning for that. They had other plans it seemed and we sent our scouts out. Our lads clocked them hanging around the Rottenpike Battle Objective, waiting for it to become attackable. With us being slightly outnumbered, we hatched a simple and not exactly new plan. We'd attack them as they attacked the guards. And maybe it would have worked, except for a few rather large problems....
As we rode in to attack we realised we'd left a bunch of our warband behind us at the keep, but it was too late as the enemy could see us now. So we then in a moment of comedy gold, took the most direct path to the Order, which meant jumping down a small cliff... Small yes, but bloody high enough to take off half our health :P DOH! So we ran headlong into a warband of good Order guilds with half our health missing and our already outnumbered warband further depleted.
As you can imagine, it was a massacre :D If you've not been to Rottenpike before, it's got lots of walls and scenery you can use to your advantage, it really is perfect for defending. And those Order guys knew what they were doing. To be honest if we'd had even numbers it was going to be a tough fight, but they took us apart big time! We suspect it may have been their devious planto lure us out in the first place. :P
As the night continued we had a few more guildies and alliance members join us and a ended up with full warband going for the rest of the night. There was a shit load more fights and plenty of quality moments in both defeat and victory, but crucially for me tonight, it was all a good laugh. It didn't lag, the fights were mostly competitive and it didn't once get frustrating. Sure we did one time give up on a keep attack because of a wall of AoE at the door, but instead of suffering it we just moved to a BO and to Orders credit they followed out and got stuck in.
With our alliance warband we held onto our claimed keep against multiple attacks by a few different Order warbands and as I log off now its still ours and our allies have claimed Badmoon Hole too, hopefully the night owls amongst us will be able to finish the job and get the zone locked. All told a great nights RvR, fair play to both the Order and Destruction that made it a whole lotta fun. After having my Tier 4 morale crushed by laggy fortress crap, tonight's smaller scale action has reinspired me in a big way with Tier 4 RvR.
We rode up to Ironskin Skar and started battering the doors down, the few defenders there couldn't stop us and the keep was ours :) I whipped out a banner and claimed the bugger for Kill Frenzy.

Hip Chop ya don't stop
I've had a quality night of Choppa action :)
It started off with joining a warband and getting a few keeps, not hugely defended, but Order put up a fight none the less. Once it started getting a bit too RvE, we formed a guild tier 2 warband and did PQs and scenarios. Didn't lose one all night and had some really slick results, with us pulling back from the brink of defeat to get the win a couple of times too. There were a few big name Order guilds with what appeared to be premades in scenarios, which can be a lot of fun to go against when both sides are fairly balanced. Always good to get a decent competitive fight and doubly nice to edge the wins too ;)
As time got on and people needed to log, I went off to do some quests to hit 20. I've not really seen much of the PvE areas in Barak Varr before and on reflection there's probably quite a lot of the game world I've not seen yet. Maybe I need to do some more exploring... Anyways, after bashing a few dwarven heads in, I dinged 20 and got my mount. Yay! No more running!

So all told a good nights Chopping. Lots of fun, lots of action and pet piggy to ride too. Quality stuff ;)

Took it for a spin around Ostland, but it was a bit late and I didn't find anyone to run over. Then I realised that the keep in Shadowlands was showing as under attack. As it was about 1am at the time it was probably just a guard being agroed, but with the Elf oRvR influence rewards being the last ones I need, I figured it was worth a look.
Man I was glad I did ;) Order had at least half a warband hitting the keep, maybe 3 groups worth. There was only 2 other Destruction defenders... I joined their group and we had some amusment pouring boiling oil on the enemy, but we reckoned we were doomed once they got in. Not going down without a fight though, oh no sir! Soon as the door was down we moved up the 2nd ramp a bit and let them agro the Lord. His AoE kicked in and so did we :D The Order tried to exploit the Lord out to the balcony, but we made hit and run attacks and the Lord wasn't falling for it either. We killed about 3/4 of the Order as the situation threw them into disarray. Then the strangest thing happened... The last few Order jumped off the battlements and ran away, leaving us 3 heroes alone in the keep. First time I've ever seen Order leg it quite like that.
I have to say nice one to Wifz and Regain that I was grouped with, it was a proper comedy moment and they were good company for it :)
I'm the sexy one in the middle.

So all told a good nights Chopping. Lots of fun, lots of action and pet piggy to ride too. Quality stuff ;)
And it's made a big improvement to my Choppa's Dammaz Kron scores :D Nice session RvR stats ;) Of course now I've posted this I'm going to get bloody maimed for a month and end up on -500 :P

Wrong place, wrong time :D
Classic moment earlier tonight. We'd just won a scrap with Order over the Defensive Boon battle objective in Dragonwake, we capped the flag and then one of our guildies says he's got a bit of a problem...When you cap the flag on this BO some graphics appear, including a cage. Which is a right bugger if you're stood exactly where it spawns :D
To make it more amusing, it turned out he was actually stuck in there and couldn't move. Which was unfortunate when the Order turned up again shortly afterwards :P
Classic ;)
